As we wrap up this year’s Ramadan, we’re back again with our selection of easy and delicious recipes for you to try!
Sweet Eats

Honey Baked Chicken Drumsticks
This chicken dish hits all the flavours – spicy, tangy, and sweet – all with minimal fuss!
Mushimas or bigeye scads are a classic Maldivian side dish, best enjoyed with either kirugarudhiya, garudhiya or roshi (Maldivian flatbread) and rice.
Spicy, umami-flavoured and filled with meat bits and veggies – this dish tastes even better when made at home.

Savoury Short Eats
Full of veggies, chicken, and lots of cheese – this pizza is a classic dish to make for iftar meals.
The quintessential Maldivian hedhika, bajiya requires a little bit of work but is absolutely worth it in the end.
This tuna submarine sandwich is made with our very own submarine sauce and tuna-mayo mix.
Made with eggs and tuna, this bis boakibaa is like a fancier version of an omelette.
Something a Little Different
