Rose Cream Banas | Lonumedhu

Rose Cream Banas

We all surely love our cream jehi banas and we sure love everything rose flavoured too. And when we put those two together it was like a party in our mouth!

These are our regular cream jehi banas but with rose cream instead of regular cream; hope you give them a try.

Makes: 7-10 buns

  • 1/4 cup rose syrup
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 1 ¼ cup icing sugar (you can grind regular sugar too)

  1. Add the rose syrup and condensed milk to a mixing bowl. Using a spoon, mix to combine. Then sift in the icing sugar into the bowl. Mix until smooth. Taste and make any adjustments you like. If you want the mixture to be thicker you can add some more icing sugar and if you want more rose flavor you can add some more rose syrup, but this will make the mixture runnier.
  2. Make two slits on every bun.
  3. Using a teaspoon, insert the rose cream into the slits and that’s it. We like our buns with a lot of cream in them, so we were barely able to make 7 buns from this quantity of rose cream.
