For this week’s new recipe we’ve attempted to make the all so spicy and legendary Masburi Riha.

Some folks calls this ‘havaadhulee rihaakuru’ while others consider this another version of ‘theluli rihaakuru’.

This chicken ‘musamma’ curry is quite delish. Pair it with Maldivian flatbread ‘roshi’ and a warm black tea, that’s guaranteed satisfaction. 

Naanakataa are simple cardamom spiced biscuits that are great with a cup of warm black tea.

This reef fish curry is spicy and yummy. Feel free to use any reef fish you have on hand.
