Fundi Satani, our Maldivian version of mint chutney, is just superb with Masbaiy and Rihaakuru. We recently made some and below is our version.
Replace the lime with a few bilamagu (bilimbi) if you have some, and remember to adjust the tastes to your liking before you call it done.
