Here, we have the most popular type of sandwich among Maldivians, the tuna sandwich. It is made with a tuna, onion, and mayo filling, then topped off with a slice of cheese. It is very good paired with a cup of nice, hot black tea!
To make the tuna filling of this recipe, we used Remia Mayonnaise from one of our partners, Sosun Fihaara. This is a very creamy, fluffy, and light mayonnaise. Remia Mayonnaise works very well to make different sandwich fillings and salads too.
