Don’t we just love a good sweet Boakibaa? Below we’ve got five of them that you could make for the next time you host afternoon tea.
Bread, eggs, condensed milk, raisins and sea almonds come together brilliantly for this delicious number.
Our Kiru Boakibaa is made with coconut milk, ground rice and a whole lot of aromatic raanbaa and spices.
This is the quick and easy version of the Kiru Boakibaa. It’s smooth and light and there’s absolutely no baking involved.
Perhaps this is the most special from our collection and if you ask us, it’s the fried onions and kanamadhu on top that gives it that superb taste.
It can be argued that it’s more cake than Boakibaa. However, it’s damn delicious.
