Making mutton curry sounds like a big process, probably because it’s usually made for special occasions. We are here to tell you that it’s pretty easy, but the draw here is that you’ll need some time.
The first bit of time goes into marinating; limejuice, ginger and garlic all help the meat become tender. The second bit of time goes into cooking the curry, slowly and gently.
And one final thing before we begin: we used the Antelope brand of curry powder; you know the yellow tin with the antelope that you find in most shops. However, do feel free to swap that out for any other meat curry powder you like.
