Chunky Choc Milkshake

 

This is a rich and creamy chocolate milkshake that is perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.

For our recipe, we have used Ritzbury Chunky Choc provided to us by one of our partners, Pyramid. These chocolate biscuits are a popular chocolate coated biscuit that is readily available here and has a nostalgic taste to it.

 

Yield: 2 glasses

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 Ritzbury Chunky Choc biscuits
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 1 ½ cup chocolate ice cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 10 ice cubes

 

Optional toppings

  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 1 Ritzbury Chunky Choc biscuit (crushed)

 

Instructions:

  1. Break 8 Ritzbury Chunky Choc biscuits into halves.
  2. Add the biscuit halves, 1 cup full cream milk, 1½ cups chocolate ice cream, 1 tbsp sugar, and 10 ice cubes to a blender. Pulse about 20 times, then blend on high speed for 3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the milkshake evenly in to two glasses (we used 6-inch-tall glasses).
  4. If using the toppings, whip ½ cup whipping cream for about 2 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
  5. Top each milkshake with the whipped cream and sprinkle over the crushed Ritzbury Chunky Choc biscuit. Serve immediately.
