
Sweet, sour, and spicy, Maldivian Mango Curry is one of the best parts of mango season. The ripe mangoes become soft and flavourful as they cook in the rich coconut curry, while the smoked tuna adds a delicious savoury taste that balances everything perfectly.

For our recipe, we have used Chaokoh Coconut Milk provided to us by one of our partners, Day Food. This coconut milk has a rich and creamy texture with a natural coconut flavour, making it ideal for curries, desserts, and many other Asian dishes.
