Tropical Mocktail | Lonumedhu

Tropical Mocktail

Hot weather calls for a refreshing cool drink. This tropical mocktail is just that; it takes just a few minutes of your time and only a few ingredients as well.

For this recipe we have used Abest Pineapple Juice provided to us by one of our partners, Miyami Traders. This is a sweet and tangy fruit drink that tastes so fresh, especially after chilling. While we only used pomegranate and orange juice to mix in with the Abest Pineapple Juice for this mocktail, the drink would go really well with many other tropical fruits and drinks.

Serving size: 1

  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 3 mint leaves
  • ¼ cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 can Abest Pineapple Juice (330ml)

  1. Take a tall glass and add in the pomegranate seeds and the mint leaves. Using a muddler, muddle them together till the juices of pomegranate juice comes out.
  2. After that, juice an orange by squeezing, enough to get ¼ cup. Then, pour in the orange juice to the glass.
  3. Now add in the ice cubes.
  4. Lastly, pour in Abest Pineapple Juice and give the mocktail a stir, and serve.
