Thai Iced Tea

 

Sweet, milky and mildly spiced, Thai Iced tea is as refreshing as it’s delicious.

Thai Iced Tea is traditionally made with black tea and spices such as star anise, tamarind and cardamom, and sweetened with condensed milk and sugar. This recipe here is for an easier version of the drink as we’ve used Asia Farm Thai Tea Concentrate which we got from one of our partners Silver Quest. Using the concentrate means there’s no brewing the tea or infusing it with spices. All we had to do was combine it full cream milk and condensed milk, then pour it over ice.

 

Serves: 2

 

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup full cream milk
  • 6 tbsp. condensed milk
  • 16 ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup Asia Farm Thai Tea Concentrate

 

Instructions:

  1. In a glass mix together the full cream milk and the condensed milk until fully combined. Set aside.
  2. Divide the ice cubes equally among two tall glasses. Then pour 1/3 cup Asia Farm Thai Tea Concentrate into each glass.
  3. Pour half of the milk mixture from step 1 into each glass. Then stir and serve.
