iMee Beef Noodles

This is a comforting meal, perfect for busy days when you want something warm, flavourful and satisfying with very little effort.

For our recipe, we have used iMee Beef Flavour - Instant Noodles, provided to us by one of our partners, ADK General Trading. These noodles have a rich beef flavour and a smooth texture that makes it delicious on its own or with added vegetables and toppings.

You can use the Gannamart App to get the  iMee Beef Flavour - Instant Noodles or get in touch with ADK General Trading on their Viber hotline 736-3663.

Serving size: 1

Ingredients:

For coating the beef:

  • 100g beef
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp darky soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn flour

For the noodles:

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 packet iMee Beef Flavour - Instant Noodles

For cooking:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 small spring onion (white part, thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 packets iMee Beef Noodles seasoning
  • 1 cup kangkung leaves

For the topping:

  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion greens
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Firstly, cut the 100g beef into small pieces of around 1 inch. Make sure to cut them thin.
  2. Coat the beef strips with 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp dark soy sauce and 1 tbsp corn flour. Set it aside.
  3. Add 2 cups hot water and 1 packet iMee Beef Flavour - Instant Noodles to a bowl and cover for 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and set aside.
  4. In a small pot, heat up 1 tbsp oil for 30 seconds on high heat. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 3 small spring onions (white part, thinly sliced) and sauté on medium heat for 1 and a half minutes or until the garlic is soft and lightly golden.
  5. Add the coated beef strips and 1 tsp sugar and continue to cook on medium low heat for 5 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked.
  6. Then add ¼ cup water and the 2 packets iMee Beef Flavour - Instant Noodles seasoning that comes in the packet (one packet with dry seasoning and chillies and the other packet with liquid seasoning). Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes or until it becomes a thick sauce. Stir occasionally while cooking to avoid burning.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and 1 cup kangkung and cook for 1 minute or until the leaves are fully wilted. Remove it from the heat and add to a bowl.
  8. To finish it off, you can top the noodles with a soft-boiled egg, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion greens and ½ tsp sesame seeds, and serve.
