
Honeydew Falooda is a fun and refreshing twist on the classic layered drink-dessert. The honeydew flavour adds a sweet, fruity freshness that makes this version feel lighter, brighter, and perfect for warm days.

For this recipe, we have used Green Leaves Premium Honeydew Syrup, provided to us by one of our partners, Silver Quest. The syrup has a sweet, vibrant, and refreshing flavour that makes it perfect not just for falooda, but also for mixing into drinks and other desserts.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp basil seeds
½ cup water
4 tbsp green jelly (cut into 1-2 cm cubes)
4 tbsp Green Leaves Premium Honeydew Syrup
4 tbsp condensed milk
2/3 cup full cream milk
½ cup vanilla ice cream
