Fen Folhi

 

Tired of eating roshi all the time? Try these fen folhi. Making these takes so little effort, ingredients and time.

Makes 10-12

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix the flour and the salt
  2. Beat the egg and mix it into the flour
  3. Add water gradually while stirring
  4. Heat a pan on medium heat
  5. When the pan has heated up, using a large spoon, scoop a spoonful of batter on to the pan
  6. Spread the batter with back of spoon in a circular motion
  7. The folhi takes less than a minute to cook
  8. Remove from the pan using a spatula, and roll into the folhi shape
  9. Repeat until you run out of batter
