Some Rihaakuru Dhiya and Valhomas (smoked tuna) is all we need to enjoy this easy papaya rice. When selecting a papaya for this recipe, pick one that’s green but has slight traces of yellow on the skin. That’s because we need a papaya that’s mature but not ripe. Also, although we’ve used coconut milk in our recipe, you can just use water and even omit the grated coconut if you want to.
