Egg Salad Crackers


Egg salad has to be one of the easiest dishes to make out there. Here we have egg salad turned into a quick snack that you could serve at parties or gatherings.

For this recipe we have used CBL Munchee Komé Rice Crackers (cheese chili flavor), provided to us by one of our partners, Pyramid. These rice crackers have no added MSG or any other artificial flavor enhancers, colors and preservations. You can have these crackers by itself or even with dips and toppings.


Makes: 16



  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion (topping)
  • 6 green olives
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp mustard cream
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 16 CBL Munchee Komé Rice Crackers (cheese chili flavor)



  1. Place boiled eggs in a bowl. Use a fork to mash them till they are smooth, but leave some small chunks for a better texture.
  2. Next, finely chop spring onions and keep them aside for topping later.
  3. After that, finely chop up the green olives and add them to the mashed eggs.
  4. To the mashed egg bowl, add in the mayonnaise, mustard cream, black pepper, salt and chili flakes.
  5. Mix all the components in the bowl together.
  6. Place 1 tsp of the egg salad on top of each CBL Munchee Komé Rice Cracker.
  7. Top them with sprinkles of spring onion and serve.
