This is a very quick and easy way to prepare kiru boakibaa at home. We already have one kiru boakibaa recipe using ground rice and another using the more common corn flour method. However, this is a more simplified version of this delicious, sweet Maldivian dish.
For our recipe, we have used the Aroy-D Coconut Milk, provided to us by one of our partners, KDM. Aroy-D Coconut Milk is well-known for its rich taste and high quality. Due to its creaminess, this milk can be used in various savoury dishes such as curries, rice and in different desserts too.
