Try these melt-in-your-mouth Caramel Folhi; three ingredients and a little bit of time is all it takes.
Makes: 4 folhi
5 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla essence
1 tbsp butter (or oil, this is optional, it's just to prevent sticking)
In a bowl and using a fork, mix all ingredients together.
Heat a pan and spread a little bit of butter or oil on it if you think it might be sticky.
Keep heat on medium and add a portion of the batter to the pan. We used a ¼-measuring cup. Using the back of the cup spread the batter in a circular motion if necessary.
Little bubbles and holes are going to appear and that’s your signal to roll it into a folhi using a spatula.
Repeat until you run out of batter. If you find the pan to be too dry, just spread a little bit more butter or oil, and also don’t let the pan heat up too much as then your folhi might get a bit burnt.
