Kruger Pasta Nussa Dark Choco Brownies

 

These brownies are rich, fudgy, and perfect for any chocolate lover. They’re easy to make and come together with just a few ingredients, making them great for a quick dessert or a sweet treat anytime.

For our recipe, we have used Kruger Pasta Nussa Dark Choco provided to us by one of our partners, State Trading Organization (STO). This spread is smooth, chocolatey, and adds a deep cocoa flavour to the brownies, making them extra rich and delicious.

Yield: 6 brownie pieces

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g Kruger Pasta Nussa Dark Choco
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate chunks

 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a baking tray (we used a 4.5 inch by 6 inch) by lining it with a baking paper or aluminium foil. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, add 150g Kruger Pasta Nussa Dark Choco and 1 egg. Mix using a whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Sift in ¼ cup flour and 1/8 tsp salt. Gently mix using a spatula until the flour is fully incorporated and the batter is smooth. It will be a very thick batter at this point.
  4. Add half of the 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate chunks and fold it into the batter. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray, then sprinkle the remaining chocolate chunks on top and smooth the surface.
  5. Place the tray on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. The top should have slight cracks, and a toothpick inserted into the centre should come out mostly clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
