Nutella Brownies


Brownies do not get any easier than this! Just mix up the ingredients and pop it into the oven and that’s it.

Makes: 9 brownies


  • 350 grams Nutella (at room temperature)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt



  1. Prepare a 7 inch square baking tray by lining it with baking paper or aluminium foil. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add the Nutella to a large bowl. Then add in the eggs, one egg at a time and mix to combine after each addition. Mix until smooth and lump free.  
  3. Sift the flour and salt into the bowl. Then mix gently until all flour is incorporated into the Nutella and egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and smooth the top (you can add some chocolate chunks or nuts on top if you’d like that. We added some dark chocolate chunks).
  5. Place the tray on the medium rack of the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. When done the top should have some nice cracks and a toothpick inserted into the centre will come out (mostly) clean.
