Mocha Biscuit Pudding


Chocolate and coffee come together in this creamy biscuit pudding that’s sure to wake you up and leave you all satisfied as well as perked up.

In our recipe we used Hup Seng Coffee Flavoured Marie Biscuits we got from one of our partners Silver Quest. While these gave our biscuit pudding an extra yummy coffee flavour, we think they are great for dunking in milk too.


Serves: 4-5



  • 200ml whipping cream
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 2 small cans Nestle Cream
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 2 ½ tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • ½ packet Hup Seng Coffee Flavoured Marie Biscuits



  1. Add whipping cream to a bowl and whip on medium speed until you get stiff peaks (stiff peaks mean when you lift the beaters from the mixture, the peaks hold their shape and if you hold the bowl upside down over your head, the mixture would not fall on to your head).
  2. Then add the condensed milk and Nestle Cream and mix until combined. 
  3. Add coffee, 2 tbsp. cocoa powder and mix well again. The mocha mixture is now ready. Set it aside.
  4. Add milk to a bowl. Then dip the Hup Seng Coffee Flavoured Marie Biscuits in the full cream milk and arrange them in a tray (ours was 22cm by 16.5cm, with a depth of 6.5cm), making two biscuit layers this way. For us, this took 14 biscuits.
  5. Add half of the mocha mixture on top of the biscuits, spreading it evenly.
  6. Again, dip the Hup Seng Coffee Flavoured Marie Biscuits in the full cream milk and arrange the biscuits on top of the mocha layer. This time too, make two biscuit layers.
  7. Add the remaining half of your mocha mixture on top of the biscuit layer and spread it evenly.
  8. Sift ½ tbsp. cocoa powder on top.
  9. Then crush 1 Hup Seng Coffee Flavoured Marie Biscuit and sprinkle on top, and that’s it.
