Mini Cheeseburger


These simple mini burgers are delicious and easy to prepare making them ideal for get togethers.

The star ingredient here is the Milky Lux Cheddar Cheesy Sauce that we got from one of our partners ADK General Trading. The sauce is really cheesy, creamy and yummy, and on top of that the squeeze bottle makes it really convenient to use too.

Serves: 4



  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 slices chicken luncheon meat
  • 2 tbsp. chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp. chilli flakes
  • 4 mini burger buns (3 inch)
  • 3 tsp. butter (divided)
  • 1 bottle Milky Lux Cheddar Cheesy Sauce



  1. Cut the lettuce leaves in half so that you get 4 pieces. Cut the tomato into 4 slices (1 cm thick). Cut the luncheon meat into 1 cm thick pieces too.
  2. To make the spicy sauce, combine the chilli flakes and chili sauce in a small bowl and set aside (if making the burger for kids, use tomato sauce instead of the chilli sauce and skip the chilli flakes).
  3. Halve the burger buns.
  4. Heat 2 tsp. butter in a pan. Once the butter melts, arrange the burger buns cut side down inside the pan and toast on medium low heat for 2 minutes or until you see brown colour on the side that’s touching the pan. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan heat 1 tsp. butter and fry the luncheon meat on medium heat for 4 minutes or until it becomes golden brown (you’ll have to flip to get both sides cooked evenly). Then remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Spread 1 tsp. of the spicy sauce on the bottom half of each burger bun.
  7. On each bun, place a lettuce piece on top of the sauce.
  8. Then, place a tomato slice on top of the lettuce. Then place the luncheon meat on top of the tomato slice.
  9. Squeeze the desired amount of Milky Lux Cheddar Cheesy Sauce on top of each luncheon meat slice.
  10. Place the top halves of the buns on top and that’s it.
