This is a surprisingly delicious biscuit pudding with alternating layers of creamy custardy pudding mix and some delicious honey flavoured biscuits. Serve it for your next get together if you want a guaranteed hit. It seriously ticks all the boxes for a great dessert!
For the biscuit layer in our pudding, we’ve used Hup Seng Honey & Milk Cookies provided to us by one of our partners Silver Quest. These are buttery and chock-full of honey flavour; perfect for tea time with a cup of black tea.
Serves: 9
Ingredients:
For the corn flour mixture
2 egg yolks
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup full cream milk
3 tbsp corn flour
For the pudding mixture
1 ½ cup full cream milk
1 ¼ cup corn flour mixture
2 tsp vanilla essence
3 tsp honey
For the biscuit layers
18 Hup Seng Honey & Milk Cookies
¼ cup milk
4 tsp honey
For the topping
1/3 cup Crushed Hup Seng Honey & Milk Cookies (6 cookies)
2 tsp honey
