Fruit Cocktail Dessert | Lonumedhu

Fruit Cocktail Dessert

This is one of the easiest yet yummiest desserts you can ever make; condensed milk, whipping cream and some canned fruits are all you need.

In our recipe we’ve used Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, which we got from one of our partners Standard & Origin (S&O).

Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail contains fruits like ripe papaya, pineapple and cherries mixed in a light syrup. It’s really quite tasty and there are so many things you can use it in such as in trifles, cakes and ice cream topping.

Serves: 4

  • 432g Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

  1. Drain the Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail and discard the liquid. Set it aside.
  2. Add the whipping cream to a bowl and beat with hand mixer on medium speed until you get stiff peaks (peaks that hold their shape when you take the beaters out of the whipping cream). For us this took 6 minutes.
  3. Then add the condensed milk and beat for another half minute.
  4. Take four dessert glasses and then divide the whipping cream mixture equally among the glasses.
  5. Then add the Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail equally among the glasses and that’s it.
