Easy Creamy Chicken

Here’s a really easy creamy chicken recipe. We’ve used a can of Campbell’s Mushroom soup as the base, but any other mushroom soup would do, just watch the salt as some soups can be really salty.

Servings: 4-6


  • 500 gram chicken breast
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 tsp pepper
  • 1 can Campbell’s Mushroom Soup
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil


  1. Cut the chicken into 2 inch pieces
  2. Rub salt and pepper onto the chicken
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pot
  4. Once the oil is heated add the chicken
  5. Cook until the chicken is cooked through. Keep the heat on medium, the chicken usually takes around 8 minutes to cook and you’ll need to turn the chicken over.
  6. Slice onions and garlic, chop the carrots and celery into 1 inch chunky pieces
  7. Once the chicken is cooked add all other ingredients into the pot
  8. Cover and cook on very low heat for around 30 minutes. Stir occasionally and adjust salt and pepper levels. If it’s too salty just add a little water.
