Cream Cheese Crackers


These cream cheese crackers are not only a great option for a party snack, but also for a quick dessert at home.  

In our recipe, we have used the Hup Seng Sugar Crackers provided to us by one of our partners Silver Quest.  These super crunchy, slightly salted crackers are topped with sprinkles of sugar. They are an excellent option for making snacks and also to serve with tea.


Serving size: 15 crackers



  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ tsp vanilla essence
  •  2 ½ tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 15 Hup Seng Sugar Crackers


  • 4 strawberries



  1. In a bowl, add ½ cup cream cheese and ¼ tsp vanilla. Mix well and set the bowl aside.
  2. Next, add 2 ½ tbsp powdered sugar and 1/3 cup whipping cream to a mixing bowl.
  3. Whip the cream for 3 minutes with a hand mixer of medium setting, till you start getting soft peaks (soft peaks mean when you take the beater out of the whipping cream, the beater would have peaks that barely hold their shape and flop easily)).
  4. Add the whipped cream into the cream cheese bowl and fold it in. Be careful not to over mix; mix just until the cream is evenly combined with the whipping cream.
  5. Chop 4 strawberries into tiny cubes.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on the Hup Seng Sugar Crackers; about 1 tbsp on each cracker spread the cream when it is time to serve, otherwise the crackers will get soggy after a while).
  7. Sprinkle the chopped strawberries on top of the crackers and serve.
