Chocolate Biscuit Fudge (with Chocolate and Biscuit Bundle)

Chocolate biscuit fudge is a dessert that comes together easily. In about 15 minutes, you can whip up this gooey, chocolate-y goodness. This is a refined version of our previous recipe.

For our recipe, we have used Ritzbury Cooking Dark Chocolate and CBL Munchee Marie Biscuit bundle provided to us by one of our partners, Pyramid. This bundle pack comes with a recipe inside. You can use this combo to make various delicious desserts.

Serving size: 8-inch square tray

Ingredients:

  • 38 CBL Munchee Marie Biscuits
  • ½ tsp unsalted butter (to grease the tray)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 40g chopped Ritzbury Cooking Dark Chocolate

Instructions:

  1. First, crush 38 CBL Munchee Marie Biscuits to between 1 to ½ inch pieces. You don't have to crush them to fine little pieces, just crush them enough so that there are not too many large chunks.
  2. Coat the tray or container you are going to use for setting the fudge with ½ tsp unsalted butter (we used an 8-inch square tray). Alternately you can line it with baking paper too.
  3. In a large saucepan melt ¼ cup unsalted butter over low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the butter is fully melted.
  4. Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence, ½ tsp salt, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low heat while stirring using a spatula, so that the mixture becomes smooth.
  5. Add 40g chopped Ritzbury Cooking Dark Chocolate and stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until it dissolves.
  6. To the mixture, add the biscuits and stir well to combine for 2 minutes.
  7. Switch off the heat and pour the mixture (while it’s still hot) into the container that you prepared. You'll need to move a bit faster at this stage as the mixture would begin to set.
  8. Smooth the top of the mixture with the back of a spoon or spatula, cover the tray using food wrap and leave it to fully set in the refrigerator for around 2 hours.
  9. When the fudge is set, cut it into squares and serve.
