Chef’s Table: BBQ is the second spin-off of the popular and critically acclaimed television series Chef’s Table.
Chefs and pitmasters you’ll meet in this four episode series include 85 year old Texan legend Tootsie Tomantez, Rosalia Chay Chuc who serves Mayan food at her home in Yucatán, Mexico, Rodney Scott of Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ, and Australian chef Lennox Hastie who owns the restaurant Firedoor and cooks only with fire.
Expect to see beautiful shots of ember, smoke, fire and lots and lots of meat. You’ll also be treated with heartwarming stories to a backdrop of yummy sizzles.
Chef’s Table is a long running Emmy nominated Netflix series created and directed by David Gelb. It first aired in 2015 and the past six seasons has some world renowned chefs sharing their stories, inspirations, and styles.
Chef’s Table’s first spin-off Chef’s Table France took the viewers on a culinary journey through France, the country which Gelb described as the ‘mecca of food.’
